There is no requirement to change BT telephone numbers or install additional hardware, the necessary changes being implemented on the user's BT phone line at the local exchange. Calls are then routed automatically through Tier 1 providers.

By using Tier 1 providers we ensure you get the lowest call rates without compromising on quality. There is no service disruption in changing to CPS and BT still owns and maintains the end user's telephone line.

At the end of each month the calls made using Redeye Telecom's CPS service are collated and sent to you as CDRs (Call Data Records) allowing you to bill your customers with your web management facility.
