We are constantly increasing our portfolio of regional DDI numbers allowing companies to show a point of presence in most areas within the UK. These numbers can be routed to national telephone numbers, VOIP numbers or indeed to any DDI anywhere in the World. The numbers are provided free of charge and most termination is free to the receiver unless the number is mapped to a higher cost destination, such as a mobile.

BT does not permit companies to keep their telephone numbers if they move away from their local exchange. This can often be within the same STD code and yet the customer is faced with changing their main telephone number. With a Redeye Telecom DDI, the company can keep their DDI range, including the main number, permanently. Even if they move from one STD code to another they can keep the same number.
